1. Schedule and dispatch work orders.

How to schedule and assign orders for use in jOrdrs simply by using a desktop or iPad calendar.

Use the customer's name as the topic for a new date. Add the title Mrs or Mr because jOrdrs will use the title for the salutation in the email, if you choose to send the order report to the customer. Enter the client‘s address in the "location" field. jOrdrs will use it for navigation. In the "note" field you can provide additional information for the order – like phone number, Email address, order number, order date, descriptions etc. In jOrdrs this information will show up in the field "Additional information and notes" for that particular order. If you use a cloud storage service such as Dropbox or Spideroak, you can also provide hyperlinks to working materials (e.g. PDFs) in the "note" field. To sync these appointments with your iPad, use a calendar that can be shared with the calendar App on the iPad.

Switch conveniently from jOrdrs to navigation.

4. Process work orders.

Track hours worked, tasks and parts used efficiently and easy.

When starting an order, work time tracking can be done automatically or manually. If you choose automatic time tracking, breaks are taken into account. You can track driving distance, work notes and checklists quickly and easily. In addition, up to 5 photos can be attached directly to the order. Necessary materials with quantities are also added directly in the order. Additionally the materials screen provides you with the current inventory of all materials on the vehicle.

5. Work order documentation.

All relevant information and signatures – combined in one PDF to sent to client and office within seconds.

After the execution of an order, both the technician and the client have a clear and complete overview of the work that has been done. Client and technician can confirm the accomplished work with their signature right in the App. jOrdrs generates an order report in PDF format that includes work time, driving distance, used materials, notes, photos as well as the signatures. Send the order report to your client and office with only two taps. After completion jOrdrs switches to the overview with the next order preselected. Completed orders are saved in jOrdrs for either 7, 30 or 90 days.
